Diptyque employees can devote one “solidarity day” a year to support a local non-profit organisation, individually or as a team.
Fostering solidarity
As a responsible company, Diptyque understands the vital need to impact society positively. It works hard to foster solidarity and to inspire a sense of commitment in all its teams.
To help us achieve this goal, we have partnered with the Komeet platform, which allows each Diptyque employee in France to volunteer with a local non-profit organisation for one day a year.
Taking part in activities for the public good, independently or as a group, during working hours helps raise awareness of people’s needs and gives added meaning to our lives.
Diptyque plans to extend this solidarity action model to all six subsidiaries in Europe, America and Asia.
