To protect surfaces, especially delicate ones like wood or marble, use the provided felt pad or a stand.
For optimal burning and to preserve fragrance quality, shelter the candle from wind and direct sunlight.
Your journey starts here. We recommend lighting your candle with a match to avoid any risk of burning yourself.
Leave your candle to burn until the entire surface has turned to liquid (around 4 hours). Never leave a candle unattended. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets, and away from curtains and any other flammable materials.
Snuff out the flames using a snuffer to avoid splashing hot wax.
After each use, trim the wicks (ideal length: 3 to 5 mm) to avoid the risk of fire and unnecessary smoke. Recenter them with a wick trimmer while the wax is still liquid for optimal burning next time.
We recommend you stop lighting your candle once the wax is only 5 millimeters thick (about 1/5 of an inch) or the metal wick sustainer becomes visible.
When used indoors, it is important to ventilate the room once the candle is extinguished.
