You have just acquired, or been given, a scented refill from Diptyque. We invite you to discover the instructions for use, to help you enjoy your refill in optimum conditions.
4 steps for refilling your candle and continuing the perfumed adventure.
The candle is finished when the wax is down to 5 mm, or when the metal base for the wick is visible. Let the wax cool before cleaning the candle.
Place an empty heat-resistant bowl in a sink.
Place the candle in it, with water at 60°C up to half its height. Leave for 2 minutes to soften the wax.
Remove the candle from the water. Slide the blade of a rounded knife around the edge of the vessel to detach and extract the wax tablet. Wash and dry the vessel. You candle is ready for refilling.
Open the inner sheath of the refill by pulling the flaps, then slip the new block of wax into the vessel. Your candle is now ready for reuse.
